At Rose Family Creative Empowerment (RFCE) our mission is to leverage the power of the arts and education to provide our children and families with the skills, tools and opportunities to achieve and live productive and fulfilling lives
We provide high quality after school and weekend programming to give our children some extra attention and supports to help them succeed in school
Our offerings connect the mind, body and heart through fun and innovative arts, recreation, and linked learning opportunities for our kids and families
We operate on the “teach a person to fish” principal whereby we connect our students and families with the tools and resources to succeed longterm
We work with families and children in Meadowview, from the prenatal stages through graduation to ensure that they are connected to a comprehensive set of programs, supports, and resources that will help them succeed and that will help us build a strong and thriving community.
