Officially founded in 2014, the Rose Family Creative Empowerment has continuously expanded and strengthened its work within South Sacramento. Our connection to this community established by our Executive Director and key staff who, through a variety of roles and capacities, have been serving South Sacramento for well over three decades.

At Rose Family Creative Empowerment (RFCE) our mission is to leverage the power of the arts and education to provide our children and families with the skills, tools and opportunities to achieve and live productive and fulfilling lives

HOW WE DO IT

 Rose Family Creative Empowerment (RFCE) combats social and cultural poverty through arts and education programs that help equip and empower our children and families to succeed and thrive.

RFCEC provides an opportunity to use the arts to identify and unlock the incredible assets and abilities that our children and families possess.

 WORKING TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE IMPACT

The RFCEC model is centered on activating and connecting school, community and institutional partners to use our shared capacity, talents and skills to effect positive change.

 CREATING & SUSTAINING LONG -TERM CHANGE

By activating our community’s strengths, we are able to tap into a growing network of supports to help equip and empower our families to thrive now and into the future.
